About the Company Our client, a Dublin based company, is looking for a Sales Completion Manager with a Real Estate/Finance background.
About the Role The successful candidate will work alongside development, construction, finance, legal and sales teams to ensure the coordination and completion of the sales closing process for new homes & apartments within their impressive portfolio.
Responsibilities Pre-launch to Closing (Lifecycle) each stage Lead sales process through contract negotiation, liaising with buyers (private and institutional), external solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely close out of key milestones.
Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years' experience with strong knowledge of property and finance; Strong familiarity with development finance Previous expertise of negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with various types of purchasers.
