Product Realization Specialists play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
* They work closely with clients to improve manufacturability and complete new product introduction (NPI) projects on schedule.
* They incorporate continuous improvement activities based on business objectives and current cost reduction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare assembly documentation and work instructions.
* Train operatives in assembly procedures.
* Support the maintenance team in designing planned maintenance routines necessary for all SMT equipment, and perform critical engineering maintenance tasks as required.
* Provide technical support to production.
The ideal candidate will have an L8 qualification in a manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent, along with experience working with engineering bills of materials and drawings.
