About the Role As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a bold, creative menu that matches the ambition of this landmark opening.
Working with the highest quality seasonal produce, youll lead a talented brigade, set uncompromising standards, and bring a fresh, memorable energy to every service.
Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to execution Drive food innovation, with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and guest experience Recruit, mentor and inspire a team of chefs to perform at the highest level Maintain exacting standards of quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and wine director to deliver seamless food and beverage harmony Manage budgets, GP, and supplier relationships with commercial awareness The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous in a high-profile, international fine-dining environment Exceptional culinary creativity paired with strong leadership and organisational skills Solid knowledge of European and global dining trends, with the ability to create a menu that excites and inspires Outgoing and collaborative personality, with exceptional communication in English Successful pre-opening experience is highly advantageous Whats on Offer Exceptional salary package KPI-based bonus Very generous accommodation allowance The opportunity to be part of what will be one of the most exciting new restaurant openings in Europe We can only consider candidates with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in the EU.
