We’re open from breakfast through to midnight, and this is a busy, popular venue with the big games streamed live onto our screens.
RESTAURANT MANAGER | Circa €55,900 per annum plus 12% bonus
This role focuses on performance and reputation, with the opportunity to lead guest satisfaction efforts while managing the restaurant budget and daily operational challenges. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

You will develop your team, ensuring they are confident and helpful to colleagues and guests, while achieving their personal and professional goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will foster a culture of wellbeing, motivation, and morale, implementing effective performance management strategies and encouraging team contribution.
HOURS OF WORK
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted for 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible schedule. Your work hours may vary weekly but will always meet your contracted hours. As our village is open year-round, your schedule will include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota, with premium pay for Sunday hours.
Essential Requirements
* Proven leadership experience, including influencing skills
* Strong financial awareness, with responsibility for financial delivery and planning
* Good computer literacy and analytical skills
* Experience in a large organization with full management responsibility
* Experience in training and developing teams
* Motivational and empathetic leadership approach
* Ability to coach individuals for accountability and performance
