About Your New Job
Lead and manage all supply chain functions: including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain business processes: that align with business objectives.
Manage supplier relationships: and negotiate terms to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Oversee inventory and warehousing: to support business growth.
Monitor and analyse key supply chain KPIs: to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards: (e.g., FDA, ISO
Act as the supply chain lead in the ERP system implementation project: collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and workflows, supporting data migration, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
Train and support end-users on ERP supply chain modules and processes: and help resolve issues during and after ERP system go-live.
Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team: and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain capabilities with company growth.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management: preferably in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience supporting or leading ERP system implementation: (e.g., Priority, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements: (FDA, ISO *****, etc.).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
