Night Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our hotel team as a Night Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-in/check-out, and ensure all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* Audit and Compliance: Conduct night audits for the hotel and oversee overall operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitization throughout the premises.
Detailed Responsibilities:
* Manage room service orders and coordinate cleaning duties for public areas and staff spaces.
* Organize and distribute luggage for group departures, and set up meeting rooms as required.
* Maintain the front entrance and outside areas, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.
* E nsure full adherence to departmental guidelines to guarantee employee and guest safety.
The Night Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Night Manager to implement and enforce financial controls.
Requirements:
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Friendly, approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Previous relevant experience in a 3* or 4* hotel, including experience of night audits.
* Excellent organizational skills.
