The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-country corporate environment.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for administering and auditing payroll processes, including payroll accounting and reconciliations.
* You will ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls, as well as compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome employees to company systems post onboarding ensuring no gaps or overlaps exist between departments (Payroll - HR).
Assist Payroll Manager ,Global Financial Solutios nspc-in implementing New Projects etc. which includes Inter Company Transfer Initiation making Changes that require approval via management /executives before taking final action when all agreed.
