About Us:Tarstone are a well-established tar and road construction company operating throughout Ireland. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Controller to join our team and support the safe movement of traffic around our work sites.Role Overview:The Traffic Controller will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining safe traffic flow around active construction zones. This includes implementing temporary traffic management systems, using signage and stop/go systems, and ensuring compliance with road safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Set up, monitor, and remove temporary traffic management (TTM) systems as required.Use signage, cones, barriers, and stop/go paddles to direct traffic safely around works.Communicate clearly with plant operators, crew members, and the public.Ensure all traffic management operations comply with Irish road safety regulations.Report any safety incidents or hazards promptly.Assist with general site duties when required.Requirements:Valid Safe Pass.Valid CSCS Card for Signing, Lighting & Guarding (SLG).Good understanding of traffic management procedures and site safety.Ability to stay alert and focused in high-traffic or hazardous environments.Strong communication skills and a professional manner.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.Salary - Depending on experience.Text for more information (or if you would like to speak to someone in Russian or Romanian, text All initial information is confidential.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
