Job Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right sports equipment and apparel.
* Provide knowledgeable advice on our products to help customers make informed decisions.
* Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
* Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Participate in promotional activities and special events in the store.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest sports and fitness trends to better serve our customers.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude.
* Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
* Teamwork-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
* Knowledge of sports equipment and apparel is preferred but not required.
* Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential for entry-level applicants.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
