Team satisfaction is exceptionally high, with many employees remaining with the company for over a decade.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties while also handling residential sales and lettings across North Dublin.The successful candidate will initially manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, supported by a highly experienced administration team that oversees much of the day-to-day operational support. In addition to lettings and portfolio management, the role will include sales activity, with warm business opportunities provided directly by the company owner.This position offers exceptional long-term progression, with a clear pathway into a leadership role managing the lettings and property management division within 6–12 months.The successful candidate will receive structured onboarding and training, along with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings as they progress into management.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of residential properties across North DublinOversee all aspects of lettings and tenancy managementConduct property viewings, rental appraisals, and negotiationsManage landlord and tenant relationships to a high professional standardCoordinate with the internal administration team regarding maintenance, RTB matters, utilities, and tenancy supportHandle residential sales opportunities provided by the businessDeliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the client journeyEnsure compliance with all relevant property legislation and regulationsMaintain accurate property records and CRM updatesWork closely with senior management with a view to progressing into a team leadership positionAssist in mentoring and supporting junior team members as the department growsKey Requirements:Minimum 5+ years’ experience in lettings or property managementStrong knowledge of the Dublin residential property marketExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsProven ability to manage a substantial property portfolioStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a team environmentCommercially minded with strong negotiation skills
