The Role
The Office Administrator will provide vital administrative and HR support to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and Irish employment legislation. The role is office-based and ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administration, emails, filing, and documentation.
* Process staff timesheets, rosters, payroll data, and holiday records.
* Support recruitment and onboarding (contracts, staff files, ID checks).
* Liaise with suppliers, accountants, and service providers.
* Maintain Health & Safety and HR documentation (Safety Statement, training records, etc.).
* Prepare and reconcile invoices, petty cash, and supplier statements.
* Assist management with stock reports, deliveries, and weekly cash summaries.
* Handle correspondence and maintain confidentiality of business information.
* Support compliance with GDPR, HACCP.
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience in hospitality, retail, or office environment (minimum 1–2 years).
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with payroll systems (e.g. BrightPay, Sage, or similar) is desirable.
* Familiarity with Irish employment law and HR administration is an advantage.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
