Clinical Risk and Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Risk and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of best-in-class policies, procedures, structures, and systems relating to clinical risk and quality assurance.
1. Manage the Paediatric Care division's clinical governance framework in conjunction with other managers;
- Review, identify, develop,
& implement clinical policies
& procedures appropriate for community-based paediatric care service delivery.
2. Maintain a robust risk management process that identifies both clinical
& non-clinical incidents
& risks; manages these risks to minimize impacts on clients and staff; minimizes
`the opportunity for reoccurrence of errors.
3. IDentify,
manage,& report on operational &
clinical risks;
- Implement mitigating interventions,policies & procedures,and action plans established
conjunction Senior Management team. Manage audits internal & external. Develop annual Paediatric Services Strategy in conjuction Divisional Managers. Provide strategic direction input activities divisions part overall company development
