Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
* Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (desired).
