The Role
We are currently recruiting a
Senior Occupational Therapist
for a temporary agency assignment within a
Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT)
in the East Galway & South Roscommon region.
The successful candidate will work with
children and young people with complex needs
, including autism and intellectual disability, delivering assessment and intervention within a multidisciplinary team framework.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an HSE community disability service while making a meaningful impact on children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for children and young adults with complex needs
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Children's Disability Network Team
Contribute to person-centred care planning and goal-based intervention
Maintain clinical documentation in line with HSE and CORU standards
Engage with families and caregivers to support functional outcomes
Essential Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy (or CORU-recognised equivalent)
CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
Senior-level clinical experience (children's disability experience highly desirable)
Full clean driving licence and
access to own car on a full-time basis
Eligible to work in Ireland
