We are seeking Hedge Fund professionals who are decisive, energetic, and self-starting. Successful candidates will manage multiple client relationships, onboard new clients, and participate in cross-team projects. They will handle customized client requests, communicate with senior Hedge Fund personnel, and maintain loan product knowledge for syndicated bank loan portfolios and trade closings.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
* Coordinate trade settlement with Broker, Agent Bank, and Investment Manager
* Report trade settlement status to Investment Manager
* Set up new loan facilities using credit agreements and information from Funds or third parties
* Interact with Agent Bank or private servicing agents for facility and contract details
* Identify missing or inaccurate pay down/drawdowns, interest, and restructure receipts/payments
* Monitor and process involuntary maintenance events such as paydowns, drawdowns, commitment reductions, and interest rate changes
* Resolve issues related to processing and booking of the Fund’s bank loan positions
Desired Skills and Experience:
* 3-5 years in hedge fund, private credit, or financial services
* Experience closing primary and secondary par and distressed loan trades
* Knowledge of syndicated bank loans and credit markets
* Experience with loan administration or servicing, including calculating delayed comp, interest rate changes, advances, rollovers, repayments, and related activities
* Expertise with ClearPar
* Understanding of LSTA/LMA documentation and standard terms
* Proficiency in analyzing Credit Agreements
* Experience with loan administration systems and research tools
