We are recruiting for an Operations Manager for a top tier Private members club in Dublin city centre.
Candidates must have a background in Food & Beverage.
This is a unique opportunity that blends premium hospitality operations with relationship-focused membership management.
The role is ideal for hospitality professionals who love delivering exceptional experiences but are seeking a more balanced rhythm.
Evening work is limited to scheduled show nights, with most time spent supporting the smooth running of daytime operations while building and maintaining strong member relationships.
Duties:
Online Account Manager website maintenance
Stockade (tills) updates
In-Design (F&B and Drinks menus) – designing & updating all menus
Management – night shift work
Staff training
Staff rostering
F&B Sales Reports – reporting weekly F&B sales to HOD and analyzing trends to meet client expectations and have the best offering for each show or event
Events management & bookings
Invoicing – for members events, updating events folders and spreadsheets for accounts team
Office Staff Training – making sure all SOP of the office procedures are done and adhered too, covering office shifts for account and office manager for the times they are on holiday or if they need support on day-to-day tasks.
Managing VIP bookings & clients
Weekly Batch Report
Members lists - for comms from MKRT team
Assisting HOD on reporting P&L's and forecasting
Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role at management level (Event Management).
People management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – required to build good relationships with members
Administration skills including MS Office
