Intercompany Analyst (Open for graduates)

Responsibilities
* Handle intercompany processes globally (APAC, UK&I, EMEA, North America, LATAM) including transactions, accounting, confirmations, and reconciliations.
* Record intercompany transactions and journal entries to clear intercompany accounts with other affiliates on a monthly basis.
* Review and monitor intercompany accounts, including invoicing, payables and journal entries.
* Ensure accurate review of intercompany invoice processing and settlement, including local tax accounting and withholding tax requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Global Intercompany and Transfer Pricing policies.
* Analyze intercompany balances and coordinate intercompany wire payments and settlements.
* Prepare recharge or allocation journals, including business unit cost transfers and travel allocations.
* Resolve intercompany accounting issues and disputes or escalate as needed.
* Report to the Intercompany Manager.
Qualifications
* Open to graduates with a relevant education background (Finance/accounting) or up to 1 year of accounting experience.
* Good command of English.
* Team player, able to assist others and work toward common goals.
* Ability to work in hybrid mode and collaborate with team members globally.
* High learning agility and proactive problem-solving skills.
