Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This role requires excellent organisational skills to drive sales and marketing projects and play a pivotal role in increasing sales and brand awareness for our product range in France.
Responsibilities
1. Manage general sales administration, sales quotations, and order processing/entry via an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
2. Handle orders and sales enquiries with a positive attitude.
3. Provide active support to the sales and business development team as a strong team player.
4. Built relationships with end-users and trade customers to upsell product offerings.
5. Utilise Customer Relationship Management software for project tracking and customer information.
6. Assist with marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
7. Be the point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaise with the quality department.
8. Represent the customer internally and liaise with other departments on any issues arising.
9. Assist in compiling sales reports.
10. Communicate market findings and customer insights to the sales/marketing team and management.
11. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade exhibitions as required.
12. Support with administrative responsibilities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
* Highly IT competent with experience using Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management systems and proficient across the Microsoft suite.
* Collaborative, organised, detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
* A third-level qualification in business or equivalent is advantageous.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in office-based administration.
* Customer-focused.
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* Time management and task prioritisation skills.
* A team player with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A strong working knowledge of the French Agriculture/Equine market is highly advantageous.
