About The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role within our Programme & Advisory - Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team.
You will manage analytical insights workstreams end-to-end—from discovery and design to build, testing, and optimisation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Engaging with client stakeholders to understand objectives and constraints
Translating complex engineering or operational challenges into structured analytical requirements
Developing BI dashboards and analytical products aligned to programme controls and operational needs
Acting as a subject matter expert in data modelling, governance, and cloud analytics
Advising clients on reporting strategies and opportunities to modernise workflows
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring outputs meet security, scalability, and governance standards
You'll also represent our analytics capability in client-facing discussions, contribute to bids and proposals, and shape demand for advanced digital solutions.

Here's what you'll need
Experience in digital analytics leadership roles, ideally in client-facing or programme environments
Technical Skills
* Strong SQL and Python capability
* Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
* Expertise in data modelling and ETL/ELT pipeline design
* Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (Azure, MS Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks)
Statistical Knowledge Descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, regression modelling, clustering, time-series forecasting
Advisory Skills Ability to convert business questions into structured analytical problems
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education Bachelor's degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics). Postgraduate study or professional certifications preferred.
