Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accommodation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and historic setting, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality through checking guest bedrooms and sign off for guest check in.
* Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.
* Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
* Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.
* You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.

* Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
