Jovin Projects is a growing construction company based in Killarney, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Kerry and the surrounding counties. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Quantity Surveyor, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and detail-oriented QS who is keen to grow with the company. You will work closely with project manager and director to support cost control and commercial performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing cost plans, budgets, and valuations
* Managing subcontractor packages and payments
* Cost control and reporting throughout project lifecycles
* Assisting with tender analysis and procurement
* Preparing final accounts and variations
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
About You
* Degree-qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying
* Previous experience in a QS or commercial role
* Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
* Proficient in Excel and cost reporting tools
* Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to progress
