MyLife currently has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Assistant Director of Care to join our service. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Senior Management Team of our family owned and run organisation at an exciting phase of growth.
As Full Time Assistant Director of Care, you will support the Director of Care in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to residents in compliance with HIQA Standards, regulations and internal policies. You will also be a key driver and champion of MyLife's culture which is based on the principles of home, family an individuality.

Essential Requirements:
* Health or Social Care Qualification (minimum level 8)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care AND
* An appropriate qualification in Health or Social Care Management at an appropriate level.
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Knowledge of HIQA Standards
* Flexibility to work over a 7- day roster
* Full Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
