Field Service Technicians & Engineers
who want more than just a desk job.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving to customer sites
across the region (expect to be on the road 50%+ of your day).
Diagnosing and repairing IT hardware and EPoS systems.
Replacing kit quickly and efficiently when needed.
Carrying out planned maintenance and occasional installations.
Delivering outstanding customer service – you'll be the face of Barron McCann.

Who We're Looking For
You might be:
A
1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
ready to break out of the office and into the field.
A
recent IT graduate
with a passion for hardware and customer service.
An
experienced Field Engineer
looking for a fresh challenge.
You'll need:
A
full
Irish driving licence and willingness to travel daily.
The
ability to travel to our UK HQ in Derby
for training.
Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Confidence with IT hardware and basic troubleshooting.
Bonus points for experience with EPoS systems or field-based roles.
