HR Manager – IrelandWe're looking for a HR Manager to join our People team working from Dublin, supporting our growing estate across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.At Popeyes, we're in the middle of something big – rapid growth, bold ambitions and a strong focus on building a people-first culture. This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you'll lead the people agenda across Ireland, partnering closely with Operations to support our restaurant teams and managers on the ground.You'll own the full people lifecycle, from attraction and development through to employee relations, engagement and compliance, ensuring our teams feel supported, developed and set up for success as we continue to grow.What You'll Do HereLead the delivery of the people strategy across ROI and NI, creating a strong, inclusive and people-centric culturePartner closely with Operations, General Managers and Area Managers to support teams on the groundSupport talent management and succession planning to ensure strong pipelines and internal progressionOversee recruitment and selection in partnership with managers, ensuring restaurants are staffed for successChampion team engagement, wellbeing and retention, using insight and data to shape local initiativesLead performance management processes, supporting managers to manage performance fairly and effectivelyWork closely with Learning & Development to identify development needs and support internal growthDeliver employee relations support, ensuring issues are handled consistently, fairly and in line with employment lawEnsure compliance with employment legislation, right to work, pay, working time regulations and internal policiesManage HR / people management administration, including the processing of leavers and providing day-to-day HR support to managers on the groundWhat You'll Have DoneSignificant experience in a senior HR / People role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environmentLed and delivered people strategies that support growth, engagement and retentionStrong experience managing employee relations and supporting managers in fast-paced environmentsWorked closely with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutionsUsed data and insight to inform decisions and improve people outcomesDemonstrated experience supporting DEI initiatives and inclusive ways of workingStrong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practiceExperience using HR systems and people toolsBenefitsCompetitive salaryPrivate healthcare + Life assurance30 days' holiday (incl. public holidays) + your birthday offCareer development and progression opportunitiesAccess to wellbeing and lifestyle benefits through our platformCycle to work scheme and gym discountsAt Popeyes, everyone counts.
