Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Job Description – Front Desk Receptionist The participant will be based in Lifestyle Development Group, Ballsgrove working 19 ½ hours /week under the direction of Lifestyle management team. In addition to working hours, the participant must also engage in external training to improve career/job opportunities. As representatives of Lifestyle Development Group CLG., all participants are required to adhere to best practice. Responsibilities
• Answer telephone, take messages and direct calls
• Meeting and Greeting visitors, staff and clients
• Dealing with queries and providing information
• Handling cash and processing payments
• Keeping accurate records, filing & photocopying
• IT – Data Inputting into MS Excel and using MS Outlook for emails
• Sorting post and checking deliveries
• Work closely as part of a team engaging with staff and management
• Carry out daily duties as agreed and instructed by Lifestyle management.
