About this Part Time Administrative Position
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for a part-time temporary role in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
Main Responsibilities:
* To accurately and discreetly manage patient accounts
* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on a regular basis
* Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Perform data entry tasks and collate information as required
* Prepare and distribute reports and summaries to relevant stakeholders
* Monitor payment activity and ensure timely updates to patients' accounts
* Reconcile patient accounts at the end of each month to ensure accuracy
Candidate Requirements:
* Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles (public sector experience is an advantage)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Familiarity with finance systems would be beneficial
* Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail skills
* The ability to handle confidential information professionally and securely
