This is a full-time administration role primarily focused on managing spare parts and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers to establish spare parts requirements
* Setup enquiries on internal systems
* Liaise with third-party suppliers for quotations of site works when required
* Generate quotation details for parts required using Sage system
* Receipting of customer orders and creation of internal project codes to track correspondence
* Tracking completion of site works with field engineers
* Creation and processing of intercompany invoicing
The role also involves supporting local business platform project initiatives within the Microsoft suite ecosystem and leading continuous improvement identification and tracking program for key business applications.
Requirements:
* A technical background/qualification would be beneficial
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
* Previous database/systems experience would be beneficial
