Seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Assistant for my client based in Dublin 9. This is a varied role where you'll support both office operations and our accounts function. This is a Temporary position with the view to being made Permanent. Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Start date: Immediate Hourly rate: €15.00 - €17.00 The Role: Responding to clients email enquiries Bookkeeping of accounts receivable and payable Banking payments Daily and weekly updating of reports and CRM Assisting with bank reconciliations Requirements: Corporate appearance Qualification in accounts Previous experience book keeping in a busy accounts department High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail
