Job Description
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
This dynamic position is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to architect and deliver on key program initiatives.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and provide support in developing technical solutions.
* Develop elegant and simple solutions.
* Support and resolve production problems/issues.
This hands-on position requires strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com.
Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
----------------------------------- Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years' experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force and Force.com.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* A passion for problem solving.
Experience in driving strong relationships and business partnerships. Business consulting experience preferred.
