We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to assist in managing our inventory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new products, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
* Process stock orders accurately and efficiently.
* Source new products to meet business needs.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a purchasing or similar role is highly advantageous.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Product knowledge of hardware and building supplies is advantageous.
