We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Strategist. This position involves developing and delivering a People strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a People strategy that supports business objectives
* Provide coaching, advice, and support to senior leadership teams on people-related matters
* Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
* Develop people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Significant experience in HR management within a large company
* Strong communication and decision-making skills
* Solid knowledge of HR disciplines such as diversity, compensation, performance management, talent management, staffing, and organisational effectiveness
