Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical support specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide telephone and email based post-sales technical support for software products
* Investigate issues reported by customers and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to see through to resolution
* Work proactively to update customers regarding outstanding queries
* Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience
* Provide superior customer service in regards to mobile device management solutions, diagnosing and solving application queries and answering customer questions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field
* Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting)
* Solid understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022). Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server) and virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper-V) is a plus.
* Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidates
* Strong problem solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results oriented)
* Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English. Fluency in additional Nordic languages would be advantageous.
