As we continue to grow, were looking for a talented, hands-on Retail/Shop Floor Managerto lead and grow all areas of our diverse business and help us deliver and expand the exceptional standards our customers love.
The Role You will: Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Analyse sales data and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Ensure a positive and customer-friendly shopping experience across the store.
Key Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate our full and part time staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain exceptional standards across our customer service, shop presentation and retail produce.
Ensure consistent cleanliness and best presentation at all times.
Plan & implement daily SOPs across all areas.
Manage ordering, stock control, stock rotation & special offers.
Deliver eye-catching, customer-focused displays.
Work closely with the store owner to support growth and profitability.
