Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Team Leader within our recruitment division. This individual will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of senior recruitment consultants.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with experience in IT, AI, Tech, Data or similar specialist verticals. They should also have a proven track record of coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a team of senior recruitment consultants, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
2. Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes shared success, accountability and professional growth.
3. Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement strategies for team growth and business expansion.
4. Support and advocate for your team ensuring they have the tools, guidance and backing they need to succeed.
5. Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery within your division, maintaining high standards of client and candidate experience.
6. Manage key client relationships and drive business development within your specialist vertical.
7. Lead by example in demonstrating best practice recruitment and relationship management.
8. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and influence commercial direction.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in either agency or in-house talent acquisition.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
