Job Purpose

Work alongside the Head of Sales to maximise sales growth across all product technologies within the Food Service channel. Drive expansion by targeting new business opportunities within the existing customer base and by introducing new strategic growth partners.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy for the Food Service channel across all product technologies.
* Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, delivering targeted revenue and margin goals.
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, building a strong project pipeline with clear ROI.
* Create and manage customer plans, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasts, and business updates.
* Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to unlock further market opportunities.
* Manage costings, pricing, and inventory exposure in line with commercial and margin expectations.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless account management.
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to support long-term commercial growth and sustainable cashflow.
* Contribute to wider sales management initiatives and strategic planning activities.


Qualifications & Experience

* 5+ years’ experience in a similar high-volume sales or business development role.
* Strong knowledge of ingredients and product applications within the food service sector.
* Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and converting new business.
* Experience managing B2B customers across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
* Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Third-level qualification and European language skills desirable.
