**Role Overview:**
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster meaningful relationships with vulnerable adolescents.
* Employ a youth-led approach to support adolescent development through therapeutic guidance.
* Conduct ongoing assessments as well as final evaluations at the culmination of counselling programs.
