Join a global brokerage as an Employee Benefits Consultant and act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through benefit strategies and plan design.
The Role
* Lead benefit reviews, market placements, and renewal processes to ensure clients receive the best value and service.
* Provide expert advice on group risk, pensions, and employee benefits to enhance client retention and growth.
* Prepare risk specifications, oversee scheme accounting, and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Work closely with insurers, building strong partnerships and leveraging the best solutions for clients.
* Ensure seamless coordination of claims, underwriting processes, and internal compliance requirements.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in corporate benefits consulting or broking environment.
* A minimum of 3 years + experience within pension and/or group risk administration.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
* QFA qualification (or working towards it).
