Payroll Systems Support Analyst
As a Payroll Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support for multiple countries and addressing technical defects, enhancements, and routine maintenance of global payroll systems.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and experience in global payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external groups.
* Support global payroll systems by addressing technical defects, enhancements, and routine maintenance.
* Work with business users, payroll managers, and vendors to define and document functional requirements for technical solutions.
* Utilise platforms like Dataiku to design and implement automated data workflows and Tableau to develop and maintain dashboards for real-time payroll metrics and reporting.
* Apply basic AI/ML techniques for predictive analysis and anomaly detection to optimise payroll processes.
* Hands-on experience with integrations such as General Ledger postings, Stock, Benefits, and banking, as well as third-party connections.
* Create and maintain manual G2 interfaces for large-scale data uploads.
* Identify, analyse, and resolve discrepancies between internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system.
* Maintain proper documentation according to company policies and legal requirements.
Key Requirements:
* A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and an experience in global payroll processes.
* Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and processes, with specific experience in Employee Systems, Kronos, and ADP Globalview Payroll.
* Familiarity with the SAP HR Payroll modules is essential.
* Knowledge of Workday processes and integration with payroll systems is highly preferred.
* Proven experience with data automation platforms, including Dataiku, and a strong understanding of data visualisation tools like Tableau is a distinct advantage.
* An understanding of basic AI/ML models.
* Comprehensive knowledge of payroll functions for global countries, with the ability to analyse and explain all components of payroll processing.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
* You must be able to manage timely communications regarding critical issues and their impact on systems and customers.
