The Quality Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing quality and governance initiatives across the Nursing Home Group. This role works closely with the Persons in Charge (PICs) and the wider management team to ensure all care services are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with the group's standards and values. The Quality Manager supports the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care through structured audits, policy implementation, staff development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
