Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects in the west and mid-west regions of Ireland. Our client is a building contractor specializing in residential, commercial, and educational projects.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for ensuring sound project management practices are implemented for the completion of complex projects.
You will work alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, including sequencing finishing trades to maximize quality and minimize reworking while monitoring resources, labour, plant site set-up and other overheads.
