Job Description

To promote and support independent living and community integration for individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and community groups to deliver person-centered programs that meet the unique needs of each individual.
The facilitator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs aimed at enhancing the lives of service users through education, skill-building activities, recreational opportunities, and occupational training. This may include facilitating workshops,
