Cpl Recruitment is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a Dublin City-based organisation. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted Junior HR Business Partner, supporting employee relations, performance management, retention, compensation & benefits, and HR projects.
2. Build strong relationships with People Managers to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organisational strategy.
3. Provide expert advice and coaching on HR policies, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
4. Support and lead on employee relations issues including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and formal processes.
5. Implement and monitor retention strategies such as check-ins, stay interviews, and exit feedback.
6. Manage long-term absence, retirement processes, and support benchmarking and secondments.
7. Lead and deliver key HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes.
8. Ensure up-to-date HR policies, GDPR compliance, and accurate HR reporting.
What you will need:
9. HR qualification and CIPD membership.
10. At least 4 years' HR Generalist experience with strong employee relations and performance management knowledge.
11. Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
12. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
13. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
14. High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
15. Flexible, proactive approach with strong organisational skills.
