About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Food Safety Specialist in our Restaurant QA team. The role involves supporting food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across various aspects of our operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data analysis, preparing food safety information for stakeholders, and ensuring that our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food safety or operations, possess a solid understanding of food safety and microbiology, and have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Support the management of quality assurance programs related to pest control, FSA, HDI, distribution, complaint monitoring, training & education.
* Create and distribute food safety-related data and reports.
* Assist with product and process testing, validating, and ensuring regulatory needs are met.
* Partner with internal cross-functional partners to limit brand risk related to compliance and food safety.

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Nutrition, or Microbiology, or equivalent experience in the food industry.
* 2+ years of experience in food safety or operations.
* Basic understanding of food safety and microbiology.
* Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
