We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team on a large-scale, mission-critical data centre project in Kilkenny, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial ownership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a live site environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and successful financial delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day commercial administration of the data centre project
* Purchasing subcontract packages tender analysis contract award agreement ensuring timely submission claims notices contractual entitlements .commercial correspondence risk opportunity registers accuracy assurance remaining consistent pre-projects final accounts handover
