Brand Manager – Healthcare | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Dublin
Salary: €50,–€60,
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Working Model: Hybrid 2 day WFH, 3 days onsite
We're seeking a commercially-minded Brand Manager to join a leading healthcare company on a 6-month fixed term contract (with potential extension). This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of brand campaigns, promotions, and activations across multiple healthcare and wellness products.
You'll be part of a dynamic marketing team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand growth, launch new products, and deliver results across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both ATL and BTL, for key healthcare brands
· Manage annual brand planning and promotional schedules
· Coordinate with internal teams including sales, supply chain, and customer business managers
· Manage relationships with external brand partners and agencies, including PR and media agencies
· Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives – from opportunity identification to launch and KPI tracking
· Oversee marketing budgets for assigned brands
· Manage social media activity in collaboration with media agencies
· Coordinate events and exhibitions relevant to healthcare and wellness brands
· Support training initiatives for internal teams and partners
Skills:
· Proven experience managing ATL brand campaigns
· Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
· Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to communicate clearly across all levels
· Background in healthcare or pharmacy is an advantage
· Positive, proactive, and self-motivated
· Flexible in a fast-paced environment
· Collaborative, respectful and supportive of colleagues
· Strong organisational, IT and presentation skills
Experience:
· 3+ years' marketing experience in FMCG or healthcare
· 3rd level qualification in marketing or a related discipline
· Experience working with agencies and brand partners is desirable
