About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hilti Canada Corporation. As the face of Hilti, you will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with customers and influencing positive outcomes.
About the Job:
In this role, you will spend most of your time visiting customers at their sites, such as construction sites, company offices, and production plants, to understand their needs and demonstrate our innovative products and services.
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area, planning and organizing your day-to-day work independently.
About Your Responsibilities:
* Nurture and foster relationships with customers to develop long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships.
* Design and implement individual account strategies to build value in allocated accounts.
* Provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers.
* Represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven Sales Account Manager or other sales experience, gained in any industry.
* A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and needs.
* The ability to share our values: commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
* Resilience, adaptability, and empathy to meet all levels of customers.
* Drive, curiosity, and a motivated approach to achieve success and overcome challenges.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* A full working rights in Ireland (or equivalent).
* A full, clean, manual driving license.
