Our client is a Big 4 firm who are expanding their Accounting Advisory division in Dublin. They are currently looking to add a Director to the team with a view to Partnership. All details discussed will be confidential.

Suitable candidates will come from the following backgrounds:
* Big 4/Top 10 experienced Senior Manager or Director in Audit or Advisory
* Big 4 trained senior level professionals with PQE in industry and looking to return to practice in lead advisory position
* Previous team management experience is essential
* Strong client relationship management experience
* Commercial mindset
* Strong business development skills
Role and Reporting Lines
* As a Director you will join a leadership team consisting of top-level professionals in the country on engagements covering areas such as acquisition support, transaction accounting, technical accounting, group restructures, financial process improvements, analytics services, and sustainability advisory.
* You will lead and build a large team of junior and experienced accounting professionals
* You will service, manage, and grow a large domestic and international corporate client base
