Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.We’re looking for a Senior Agency Manager to help grow Pinterest’s Agency business globally. You will join the dynamic and fast growth Global Agency team and oversee our in-market Agency Sales teams in some of our most important European markets, Germany, The Netherlands and The Nordics (NACE). Currently the team is 5 people, with many more XFN’s in support.The role will be based in Pinterest’s European HQ in Dublin, but will involve regular travel to be with and support your teams in the markets you cover.As the leader for our managed Agencies business across the NACE region, you’ll leverage your executive relationships across the Agency ecosystem and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and ultimately to drive revenue growth.Working with your teams to scale education and product knowledge will be a big part of the role, as you will help transform our Agency partners into advocates by educating them on how to leverage Pinterest’s paid and organic solutions to meet their clients’ goals. In doing so, you’ll play a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history through your Agency partnerships.You will also work as the intersection between our Global Agency leadership and your in market teams to ensure that we develop clear and actionable go-to-market strategies and Action Plans with all of our core Agencies, laying our clear priorities and areas of focus.What You'll DoDrive incremental revenue growth from the Agencies we manage in market across Germany, Nordics and NL (this will be a combination of big six and independents)Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partnersManage, develop, motivate and grow our talented Agency sales team across your key markets - managing the bi-annual review cycles, and ongoing development and talent managementPartner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy in conjunction with the Enterprise and SMB sales teams’ prioritiesWorking closely with our Global Agency team to identify local market opportunities and align on agency go-to-market strategiesBuild, negotiate and close annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks following central guidelines and policies in collaboration with our Commercial teamProve demonstrable impact of the agency team’s work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedbackContinually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partnersTrack, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationshipsWork cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platformHelp to shape our Agency investment plans and our evolving Global strategy for driving growth from the Agency channelWhat We’re Looking For15+ years Digital advertising agency and/or Agency Sales experience, working specifically with media agencies to deliver quarterly revenue targets10+ years experience leading, developing and building high performing teamsDemonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structuresSome experience of the defined markets, with German language capability an advantageExperience working with executive-level business leaders within agency organizations with a customer focusAn existing network of senior agency contacts is preferredProven track record of managing commercial partnerships, ensuring accountability from internal xfn and agency stakeholders to deliver on annual goalsStrong communication skills and analytical capabilities, managing quotas a requirementAn independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency partners and help shape our global strategyExcellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issuesProven ability to build actionable strategies founded in data and insightsBachelor’s degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experienceRelocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
