Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Engine Technical Records Specialist
to join our team. The individual will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Contract and full-time positions available, pay commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
* Review commercial engine records to ensure complete records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork
* You will be the point of contact for records management queries.
* Update and maintain Engine records Management System.
* Life limited Parts - Back to birth trace and build.
* Work with customers as requested to resolve any outstanding records issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
* College degree preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years of similar work experience
* Previous technical records / representative experience.
* Understanding and ability to research Airworthiness Directives and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to solve problems under pressure.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
* Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Access)
Locations:
* Ireland: Shannon based and Travel may be required from time to time.
