In this team you have great scope for continuous improvement, providing the best support to our colleagues.Role PurposeThis role supports many areas of People Team., responsibilities can range from supporting monthly payroll to delivering a wellbeing strategy.Role RequirementsHRActing as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queriesOwn the HR admin for new hires, working with IT, Office Management & HRDrafting contracts, scheduling onboarding, maintaining contact with new employees and ensuring their first few weeks run smoothlyUpdating and maintaining HR Database & systems, including all starter & leaver recordsParticipate in various HR related projectsOrganise and support employee engagement and wellbeing programsSupport the monthly processing of payroll across all regionsUpdate and maintain the Employee handbook, policies and procedures.Maintain the internal HR Sharepoint siteMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and provide first level guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.RecruitmentSupport the HRBP in preparing job descriptions and the role approval processAdvertise open positions internally and externallyCo-ordinate interviews with HR and the hiring teamManage the recruitment of the intern and graduate programmesCommunication & Event ManagementSupport all teams across the organisation with communicating team updatesWork with the Executive team to draft and issue company updates via email, teams and SharepointCoordinate the monthly townhalls, ensuring speakers are selected and prepared with presentationsSupport company events, including strategy days, hackathons and social events.Essential Requirements1-2 years experience in a similar HR or recruitment positionA working knowledge of employment lawAt least 12 months of study in HR Specific subjectsA strong communicator, communicating effectivelyA professional team player with a can-do attitudeA detail oriented individual, with a focus strong focus on qualityA diversity & inclusion enthusiast, looking to foster a culture of inclusion and push diversityNice to have skills & capabilitiesPrevious experience in a customer facing roleKnowledge of employee engagement trends
